How To Return An Item

We offer a 30-day unconditional satisfaction guarantee! If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase please contact us. We'll do whatever we can to make it right! If you choose to return your purchase please follow the instructions below.

1. Please email and let us know your package is on its way. For expediated processing of your refund/exchange please include your tracking #. Normal processing time can take between 2-4 weeks, however, if you include you tracking # we would be happy to process your request within 24 hours with receiving your tracking #.

Include in your package a letter stating rather you want a refund or exchange and what you would like it exchange for. 

If your product is in new or like new condition, you may exchange your product  for a different product of equal or lesser value or you may request a refund. You will need to pay return shipping and we will ship your replacement item for free.
Return/Exchange Shipping
Customer pays for return shipping. If it is for an exchange we will ship out your new item for free. Customer satisfaction guarantees and we will exchange as many times to make sure the fit is right. After the first exchange, for a second or more exchanges we will cover the return shipping cost.
