1. Please email sales@fusionbelts.com and let us know your package is on its way. For expediated processing of your refund/exchange please include your tracking #. Normal processing time can take between 2-4 weeks, however, if you include you tracking # we would be happy to process your request within 24 hours with receiving your tracking #.

If your product is in new or like new condition, you may exchange your product  for a different product of equal or lesser value or you may request a refund. You will need to pay return shipping and we will ship your replacement item for free.
